Removal Requests for Listings and Photos

The website service "paidtop.org" (the "Service") accepts removal requests from the following persons.

Who May Request Removal

1. The individual featured in a Listing;
2. That individual's talent agency or other authorized representative;
3. A person who holds the copyright or other rights in a listed photo or other content; or
4. Any other person who believes their rights have been infringed by a Listing.

How to Request Removal

Please email support@paidtop.org with the following information:

1. Your name;
2. Your relationship to the Subject (e.g., the individual, their agency, a rights holder);
3. The URL of the Listing page you want removed;
4. The reason for your request; and
5. A way to confirm your identity or authority to act (e.g., a business card, an email from your agency's official domain, or contact from an official account).

Our Response

The Operator will, as a general rule, respond to a removal request within three (3) business days. If the Operator determines a request is urgent, it may temporarily suspend display of the relevant Listing or photo pending confirmation.

Where the Operator removes a Listing or photo in response to such a request, the Operator may stop accepting any further registration of the same Subject.

The Operator will take measures to prevent transmission (including removing a Listing or image) under Japan's Act on Countermeasures against Infringement of Rights Caused by Circulation of Information via Specified Telecommunications (the "Act on Countermeasures for Information Distribution Platforms," formerly the Provider Liability Limitation Act) or other applicable law, where the Operator considers it necessary.
